Always have developed desktop applications for clients in the early part of the millenium, but the latter part of the decade proved the technology was beginning to show signs for viable web based applications. At the turn of the next decade (2010s), Celter Technologies opened it's Application & DataBase Development department. For the most part, word of mouth has been our cornerstone. Building clientele branding and visibility campaigns have been our passion.
